Let’s find somewhere you’ll love coming home to.
Finding a rental in New York City can feel like a full-time job. There are listings to sift through, appointments to arrange, paperwork to prepare—and sometimes very little time to make a decision.
We’re here to make that process feel more manageable. Whether you’re moving to New York for the first time or looking for your next home a few blocks away, we take the time to understand what matters to you and help you navigate the search with confidence.
Rentals are where Kelly built her business, and they remain an important part of what we do. We know how much a home matters, whatever stage of life you’re in.

1. We start with you.
Before we start looking, we’ll talk through your budget, timing, preferred neighborhoods and the things that will make a home work for your everyday life. We’ll offer honest guidance on what’s available and where a little flexibility might open up more possibilities.
2. We help you get prepared.
Being ready can make a real difference in a competitive rental market. We’ll walk you through the documents you’re likely to need, explain the application process and discuss anticipated costs. If you’re self-employed, relocating from overseas or planning to use a guarantor, we’ll help you understand your options early on.
4. We help you put your best application forward.
Once you’ve found somewhere you love, we’ll help organize and submit a complete application, communicate with the listing agent or landlord and negotiate rent and terms where there’s room to do so. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed so you know where things stand.
5. We help bring everything together.
From approval through lease signing and move-in arrangements, we’ll help coordinate the remaining steps, including any building application requirements. And once you’ve moved in, we’re still here—a resource for recommendations, questions and whatever comes next.
3. We guide your search.
We help identify suitable apartments, coordinate viewings and talk through the benefits and compromises of each option. You’ll have someone to ask questions, compare properties with and help you decide when an apartment is worth pursuing.
